Comments
Comments: Barebooted up 19 mile brook to the Wildcat Ridge Trail junction. Switched to snowshoes because there was a lot of drifted powder over a layer of ice on the climb to Wildcat A. Kept the snowshoes on over to Wildcat D and down the Polecat Ski Trail. Lots of snow on the ridge layered over ice. Timed it perfectly, starting at 11:00 and arriving at the top of the ski slope at 3:56 pm. (you can't hike down the ski slope until 4:00 pm) Took an hour to get down from there but got covered with ice from the snow guns.
