| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Can drive to top of Pike Hill Rd (from Hebron) currently and there is room to park for a couple cars off the road (careful not to block the driveway up on the left) or the access to the rough part of Pike Hill Rd. Usually this time of year you have to park around a half mile down the road and do a roadwalk. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail start is not super obvious any more (trail marker missing). About halfway up, near the col where the trail climbs at a left turn, there is a YUGE deadfall - kind of at the start of the left turn - can be confusing. Up maybe .1 mi, there is another large deadfall on the trail - herd path is forming around it. The final other big deadfall is at the "false" summit about .1 from actual summit - where the trail turns right now off the open rock (that might have views if the clouds had parted) - big fir tree across the trail kind of hiding the right turn. |

Terrific nice quick afternoon hike though summit was socked in due to incoming rain storm. Super pleasant woods walk - surprised to actually see another small group heading up as we were heading down. Never needed traction. Trail is a mix of wet leaves, minimal snow except the swampy section last half mile to summit - most of the snow along that section has actually been washed away. No more than 3-5" of snow in a few spots - didn't need gaiters either. |
