Zealand Road was packed if a little bit slushy. Hale Brook Trail to up the summit was quick in spikes. The Lend-A-Hand Trail down to the hut was in better condition than I had expected - a few people had gone through with snowshoes, so the powder was packed down. With attention, I was able to keep my feet dry; the marshy sections were mostly covered in packed snow. |
