Much higher than normal; had to cross on a submerged rock. |

New blowdowns on Pasture and Ridge. I removed some deadfall. Large chainsaw blowdowns from early this year remain as well. |

Until the next precip event, this loop can be done without traction. Trails were mostly dry, but there was some muck and runoff remaining from Monday's storm. There were also some small patches of black ice, but they could be easily stepped over (without stepping off the trail). No snow encountered.
Clear, crisp morning with temperatures in the 20s. Felt more Thanksgiving than the week before Christmas. |
