Spikes/crampons needed, beautiful hike. The way to Jackson was well traveled and could avoid most of the ice by rock hopping until the trail splits, spikes made it much easier. From Jackson to Webster it was packed but didn’t look as traveled. Webster down to the intersection was mostly just frozen stream. 100% need spikes or you’ll be miserable. Weather was perfectI’m |
