Comments
Comments: It was a beautiful day to hike! Dry bare ground to start. Put on the spikes shortly after the sugar shack, but still very boney with a mix of bare ground and ice. I wore my older Hillsound spikes. If I had new spikes, I would have been taking spikes off and putting them on throughout the hike. Snow present from the rock scrambles beyond Bald Peak up to the junction, well packed. Nicely packed snow from the junction with Kinsman Ridge Trail all the way to South Kinsman.
