Comments
Comments: It was nice to get out after such a tough stretch of weather. Yesterday’s snow after the rain cleared out at least made it feel a little wintry. Bare booted to the summit and over to North Peak. The trail was a bit sketchy in spots trying to avoid icy patches and ice flows. During the descent, an ice-glazed rock got me high up on the ledges and I wiped out. Spikes went on after that until I cleared the first viewpoint. Only short range views from the summit today, but still a great day on the trail.
