Comments
Comments: Logging road dry, in excellent shape, and met the Potash trail .7 miles up.

Trail blazed in yellow and was fairly mellow (100’ elevation gain per .1 miles) with constant elevation gain for the first 1.5 miles. After you spent time climbing around/over various sized boulders to get to the top. Trail clear of snow, but not of ice on the on the slabs and rock steps. Ice could be avoided by traveling to one of the sides, so our micro spikes stayed in our packs the whole time, Temps varied from 18-28 all day with no wind and occasional sun.

Excellent views on the top including the snowcapped presidentials, Tripyramids, Osceolas, Carrigan, Whiteface, Passaconaway, and may others. There’s also views/lookouts on the way up and by turning around as you climb up the final .5 miles. All in all, excellent views for the effort.
