Normal crossing is a bit tricky due to icy rocks. Found a spot upstream. |

Trails were mostly dry courtesy frozen ground. No snow encountered on trail (a dusting in the woods in a few places). Some ice in the mudpit area, but cross-able with care. Did note that the former gully section (abandoned with the new switchbacks) was flow ice.
Clear afternoon with temperatures around freezing. |
