19MB lot was not full when I arrived or left, bare ground with dusting of snow. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Clockwise ascent meant 1st crossig on Carter Dome Trail was at water descending last switchback easily rock hop picking exposed dry rock to te right where portions of rock iced; the second crossing .4 below that is wider and I chose cauliflower ice nearest to exposed rocks. |

There are quite a few blowdowns mostly stepovers the more recent ones were delimbed and one on North Carter Trail lower third had a work around. |

From parking lot Exospikes until about half way up Imp Trail where the ice flows got steeper and more prevalent, then sharper Hillsounds til the end.
Trails were not very wet and puddles could easily be avoided down low. Glad to have traction on ledgey areas of Carter-Moriah and 1st mile of Carter Dome descent Seemed to be enough snow offering good grip yet not deep enough for drifts or postholes. Three trail runners I saw were taking full advantage of fast conditions. 19 last mile down to bare ground with a bit of sporadic ice. |
