Comments
Comments: I followed a set of tracks to the summit...dude must have been wicked short because no snow was knocked off of ANY limbs. My neck is still wet. Snow wasn't packed or sticking to the ice underneath. Snow shoes would have been a better choice if there was a few more inches of snow. Only 2 to 3" of fresh snow with small sections of deeper near the summit. One set of snowshoe tracks coming from Stony Brook direction. Saw the car on my way by. First time up this trail and the views towards the Presidentials were stunning.
