Comments
Comments: Ferried some fine friends to do Sandwich traverse, which turned into a Tripyramid only adventure. Hiked up after them on pine bend in snowshoes. Hard crusted snow with powder beneath. Tough conditions today, but with more folks going through with snow shoes & cooperative weather, should be setting up nicely for weekend. I made it to around 3400’ and was told by my folks that ridge had harder snow, where they could walk without breaking crust. Steep ledges on ridge still challenging as always :). Have fun!
