Comments
Comments: Used spikes start to finish and carried the snow shoes. multiple blowdowns and branches down low and up thru Cannon gorge section of trail. We cleared several smaller trees and made a tunnel thru one of the duck unders. Could have used snowshoes from the view up the KRT junction on the ridge. light drifting and postholing, but could still use more snow to cover the rocks. overall the trail is packed down enough for wearing the spikes. Conditions will change with more snow and rain coming this weekend.
