Comments
Comments: Finally winter has arrived. It pretty much snowed lightly all day while we collected our golden tickets busting out the north twin trail and the roadwalk. We had two other hikers team up with us on the way which was great. So 6 of us did a pretty good job setting down a track to the summit. We only saw 2 other strong hikers coming from Galehead and south Twin. They added to our track on their way out. Weather got a bit windier while we were at the summit and weather alerts were coming across one of our phones about a severe squall line . It came through as we descended . Made for an interesting trip. Please, bring your snowshoes. We couldn’t have done this day without them. Winter is here ( at least this week).
