We were the third car in the lot at 9:30. There were ten when we got back around 12:30. |

Everything is bridged including the big one (just follow the tracks). |

One lean-over that could whack the head of someone slightly taller than me (I’m 5’8”). |

Saw one other pup on the trail. They sniffed each other. |

I swear I heard a fly buzzing near the top. |

Trail is almost perfect for snowshoes. Solid, well-trodden base with very few postholes (though we’re a few fresh ones on the way down). But definitely still snowshoe conditions. Enjoy it while you can. Gonna be in the 40s with rain on Thursday…
Pretty cold and the wind was blowing so we didn’t stay long at the peak. The sky was one of the deepest blues I’ve ever seen. Pics will be up tonight sometime on Instagram @quantum.moxie |
