Terrific snowshoe hike around pond. From the gate area of Wellington, we crossed road and used snowmachine trail to go to regular summer parking lot and then went up from there. Far end of pond pretty beat up with postholes - we did what we could to fix it before this next storm. Very uneven. Pleasant snowshoeing along snowmobile corridor. Beautiful pond views. |
