Comments
Comments: What a day to be up in the presi. Hiked through clouds coming up Ammo only to pop out to blue skies above treeline. Killer undercast for the whole ridge hike. Wore snowshoes the whole way. Ammo was packed and with the cold temps it was pretty solid all the way up Monroe. Some traffic going out to Eisenhower. Was a crusty snow pack with some drifting to the top of Eisenhower. Edmands Path hasn’t seen any traffic in the last couple snow falls but the base is decent enough minus the plethora of deep post holes. Mt Clinton road to base station road is a solid groomed path. Ended up barebooting back to the Ammo trailhead. One of the better hikes I’ve done recently
