Comments
Comments: Really nice conditions! I was on the fence about snowshoes v spikes, but I wore the spikes the whole time - there are some old postholes but they're easy to avoid and trail is packed down hard now. There's a little crunchy snow on top, just enough to make it possible to get up the steep stuff pretty comfortably in spikes or snowshoes. Chimney bypass was broken out and I used it. Nice buttsliding going back down.
