Fun day for J and I playing third wheel with part of Hayley’s AT crew for a little reunion hike. Without much snow of late the trail surface was solid and fast. Deep postholes off to the side if you step off the track. A few of us wore snowshoes, a few spikes, and the dog barebooted because he’s a heathen like that. I’ll always advocate for the efficiency of snowshoes but you should be ok in spikes right now especially with the temps dipping this weekend. |
