Comments
Comments: Long day, just under 10 hours and a bit over 19 miles. Not much elevation gain though. Was going to try Jefferson but didn't like the forecast. There was one group who left the Hut when I got there and were headed over the Bonds and down to Lincoln Woods. Trails were pretty well packed but the steeps going up to Zealand Ridge were not. Still a great day! Bare-booted to the Hut, then put on the shoes and kept them on until Hale Brook trail.
