Still somewhat bridged, but starting to fail. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There are a few blowdowns, especially between the two peaks. Many other trees are just bent over from the weight of the snow and ice. Expect to take off your pack and get wet. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Mine had fun. The steep parts were no issue for him and there was lots of water available especially before the start of the loop trail. |

A purple bandana on a branch about halfway up South. |

| Comments: |
16/48 for my pup on a really nice day on the Hancocks. I barebooted to the start of the loop, televated my way up South, and then wore the snowshoes until I completed the loop. I appreciated the extra traction provided by the snowshoes, especially since I broke a finger during my last descent from these two peaks. :) |
