Comments
Comments: Snowshoes were the equipment for the day. Evidence of an old snowshoe track, but snow was soft with warm temps, and snowshoes were the right fit.

It looks like a snowmobile trail coming up to the top of Katherine, groomed, but the trail doesn't show up on any maps. Private?

Chickadees were chatty in the forest today. Great view to Chochorua and a bit of Mt. Paugus from the top, and on the way out a nice straight line view of Mt. Whiteface.

A nice short snowshoe trek with a view. Stopped for an ice cream treat at Sandwich Creamery afterwards.
