Comments
Comments: i followed the posted trail sign from livermore road left of Avalanche brook, but then tracks disappeared so i crossed the brook and made a steep ascent from the watershed to discover mulptiple ski / snowshow tracks on the right side ( as you ascend) and followed those.

North slide - used snowshoes + ski poles and as the angle increased switched to ice axe for self arrest. Temps were in the mid 30s, crampons would have me postholed a bit more. Noticed some ski tracks and prior snowshoe tracks, it felt secure with snowshoes
Changed to crampons before Middle Tripyramid which i was going to keep on for the south slide descent. Temp was a bit high - (35- 40), so i was postholing quite a bit on the way down. Used poles and crampons as the angle was gentler and the snow softer. Changed to snowshoes at the bottom of the slide as the snow was soft and warm out.

Used XC skis for the 2.5 miles approach from trailhead and stashed them before the south slide junction to use for the return 2.5 miles leg.
Overall a great day.
