1-2 easily negotiated blowdowns. Wouldn’t hate some branch trimming of spruces. Bit stabby at eye level on switch backs in spots. |

Apparently only 4 people wanted to hike carrigain on a sunny day! Nice packed powder with drifts up top (1+ feet). Couple of hidden postholes, but ok if you stayed focused on packed trail. Perhaps snowshoes a good idea with new snow for Sat hikers. Snowmobilers out on road. Gray jays say hi. |
