Another dud of a storm unfortunately, as this side of the mountain only picked up 0.5-2" of powder from it. Two inches on the side trails, but only half an inch up top (often a snow shadow). Areas of drifting filling in prior foot troughs. Someone had snowshoed one of the side trails for a bit during the warm weather, correcting the awful postholes, but they turned around (who can blame them). The 2" of powder wasn't enough to fix the mouthbreaking Microspiker's postholes, so it's not good going on that side trail. The main trail is fairly firm below the first view point, but there's ice lurking in places and I could see where folks were slipping (no issues in light snowshoes).
