Parked at the lot at the corner of River St and Yates Farm Rd. After you cross the bridge and come to the T intersection, the trailhead is on the left and the lot I parked at is just at the right. Four cars at midday |

|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail is in good shape, couple small easy stepovers and a couple duck unders for the tall folks. The new sign at the Mt Langdon/Mt Parker intersection (for Langdon campsite and Mt Stanton) looks like it got in a fight with a bear, the bottom half is missing |

| Comments: |
Snowshoes all the way. That's to say I started in spikes for about .2 miles (and saw others in spikes/bareboot) but there was enough movable powder that snowshoes were the best footing. Seems most traffic goes to Cave Mountain. Mt. Langdon Trail had less traffic the farther I went in; no recent traffic after a couple miles, with a couple to a few inches of new snow. The trail gets a little rough a bit before the Mt. Parker Trail intersection - this is more from lack of travel/consolidation rather than poor choice of footwear. So it's not so much postholed but just very choppy and rough. A nice quiet trail with absolutely beautiful views at the summit!! |
