Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking along Halls Brook road was difficult to find; insufficient space on the shoulder due to snowbanks. But, I found some space where snow was pushed into at the start of an old forest road 1 and 1/2 miles from the rt 25 intersection. Only space for one car.

Comments
Comments: Headed directly across the street up another forest road. Shortly, the road turned northerly, so I jumped into the woods setting a line towards the summit. At approximately 1400', I encountered a groomed snomo trail and headed south for about 1/2 mile; couple of snowmobilers were out on the trail, as well. Then I turned onto an old logging road taking me in the general direction of the summit. I followed a combination of old logging roads, bushwhacking, and the service road to get to the base of W4. RHP is behind the turbine; views to the west were great from up there. I returned using another combination of old roads and bushwhacking. Lots of critter activity; saw prints in snow from deer, moose, coyote, rabbits, mouse, and other smaller tracks.
