Comments
Comments: It was incredibly warm today under partly sunny skies with temps in the 40s! It was so warm, Jon decided to wear shorts!!! Lots of switchbacks make for a gentle ascent. There is a cellar hole a few minutes into the trail. A lot of Red blazes on Brooks Fisher Trail.

This is a good time for the ridge as some of the trees up higher have lost their leaves, so many views of the lake. Went to Livermore along the very pleasant trail, great views from Livermore.

The warmer weather left the footbed soft. Most of us started with Microspikes for the ascent but we all wore snowshoes for the descent. PLEASE WEAR SNOWSHOES during this upcoming temperature rollercoaster so that we can have nice trails to use.
