Comments
Comments: We wore spikes initially but snowshoes would have been better to avoid post holing and to not fall into postholes. Switched to snowshoes near the Bunnell Notch and kept them on for the duration. Most were on the trail in snowshoes. There were 6 of us and we saw -12 others. We saw only 3 blazes and they were at the top between the cabin and summit. We had a hard time finding the continuation of the Kilkenny Ridge T beyond the summit at as it was not broken out. We were going to do a loop but settled for an out and back from the summit. It was an easy trail, lots of sun and a bit of wind at the top.
