Comments
Comments: I, for one, welcome the return of bare ground hiking to southern New Hampshire!

Aside from a few scattered patches of ice that were disappearing fast, this entire loop was down to leaves and dirt. There were a fair share of puddles and some mud but not too much. The eastern portion of Kilburn Loop clearly sees less traffic than the easier-to-access western portion. It's more wild and is a footpath for much of its distance as opposed to wide roads.

Lots of folks out today enjoying the spring-like weather. I really liked not having any winter gear with me.
