The one crossing towards the bottom of Wapack Trail was easily hopped. |

Full on Spring conditions about 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
Ted’s was muddy in the usual spots, but better than expected. Several small patches of ice before the summit that were easily avoidable.
Wapack has some larger ice patches hanging on, not surprising considering it is shaded and north facing. The only to avoid the ice patches is to go well off the established trail, which is not recommended. Use your rock spikes for this section. |
