The couple of water crossings going up to Carter Notch (past the split to Carter Dome Trail), are crossable with care. Some bare rock areas with all the warmer temperatures, |

A couple small blowdowns on Wildcat Ridge but can easily get around them |

other than the bare spots I found snowshoes were the best option, the trail was mash potatoes and getting worse. Going up to Wildcat A was steep, coming down was tougher with the mushy snow, take care to be sure footed. Wildcat ridge is a lot of up and down, the views are great, especially from Wildcat D, |
