Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: The ski trail parking was not plowed and the usual pulloff above the trailhead was not plowed but there was space for 3 or 4 cars at a pulloff about 0.5mi above the trailhead on the other side of the road. Other cars were parking along the side of the road closer to the trailhead but it's a tight squeeze to get off the pavement.

Comments
Comments: Dave already posted an accurate report for Sat but I just wanted to add info about the section from Osceola to Tripoli Rd since we did the hike as a traverse. The trail from Osceola to Tripoli was not broken out but 3 of us did it. We used snowshoes until 1/4mi from the trailhead. The top half of Tripoli Rd had more groomed snow then I expected and although we first thought spikes would be enough we quickly switched to snowshoes so we wouldn't mess it up for the skiers.
