Comments
Comments: Comments here reflect the conditions on wednesday, 3/20. Considering its going to snow overnight, it's likely that the conditions have changed.
No traction is necessary until you reach the owls head base. Then I suggest snowshoes.
Lincoln woods is just tedious and muddy,Black pond and the bushwhack Were easy to follow though the trail on the bushwhack is getting a little bit difficult to find. Lincoln brook trail was not too bad though mud is showing it's springtime face. The brutus bushwhack and the summit trail were easy to follow, but there was significant snow with a hard packed trail.
