The Trails were in excellent condition. Nice and firm in the morning before the sun made it all slushy in the afternoon. I can't thank enough my friends the day before broke out the trail all the way to South Kinsman. It was really nice not to post hole on Fishing Jimmy. Thank you Hiking Community. The Lake was still frozen enough to make the hike across to the hut. the Frozen ice still has some life left. I did see some trail breaking around the lake. I just don't know how far. 4 of my friends and one dog today were in snowshoes from start to finish. Excellent trail Conditions Enjoy!!! |
