Well, it’s a lot different than last Sunday! I wore rock spikes from the trailhead to Zeta Pass and found these to be the best for the conditions. Snowshoes on Carter Moriah as it’s a bit looser at points, though I think spikes would also be fine. The last ~3 miles were really soft and wet by mid-afternoon. Spring is coming! |
