The Pumpelly trail is great with great views all along the ridge. The shaded portions of the ascent up Pumpelly have plenty of ice, so bring your spikes. Cascade Link and Spellman trails are getting plenty of sun right now, so there is minimal ice remaining. Water available for filtering on Cascade Link and Spellman. Spellman was relatively difficult as advertised due to the bouldering and steepness, so bear that in mind. Great last leg of my redlining journey for Monadnock. |
