Vince had a blast, this trail is great for dogs. Extremely gradual and areas of water to drink from. We saw two others on their way up when we were descending |

The trail was definitely interesting to say the least. Vince and I got started in the dark, and after the road walk I immediately put on my spikes and kept them on until the summit, which was rocky. The snow on the trails was frozen, and as always, there were postholes. Mostly avoidable as long as you pay attention (which is hard to do with only a headlamp!) Some sections were worse than others. Beautiful day overall, summit was windy but completely clear. My first time having a view on Moosilauke. Only saw people when I was almost done with the hike. |
