The crossing was hoppable but I had to step in the water a few times. |

Thanks to the attempt yesterday I was able to reach carrigain today. I broke out the upper switchbacks to the summit through wet heavy sticky snow. The trails are very soft from the warm weather so snowshoes are absolutely needs right now. The water crossings are all open. It was An amazing weather day with only two other people out. Only one other reached the summit. |
