My feelings on spring hiking |

After the mudpit by the trailhead, its pretty dry for awhile, then decently wet above 2500'. Spikes on at 2800', off at 2900' w/significant melting in only a couple hours, yay? :) Pretty crusty/unstable monorail w/melt up to 3200', still a solid 1'+ in the shade on the summit ridge. Surprising/special treat to have a 52wav peak to myself on a beautiful spring Sunday |
