Main crossing of cascade brook was trickier than normal but still rock hopped across using a few rocks a bit under water |

Several blowdowns past the junction with Flume Slide but all are avoidable |

Surprisingly good conditions given recent weather. Put on spikes at 2500’ and did not end up using the snowshoes at all today with the ridge holding up completely in the middle of the path. |
