| Comments: |
2 of us used spikes, 2 didn't. Trail was a piece of cake, very little mud even though water was flowing over the trail in many places. Snow starts significantly at 2 miles but the monorail is so solid that was cruised on top easily. The water flowing under the trail around 3 miles is definitely breaking down ice bridges but it was nothing to slow you down. At the hut, snow is several feet deep in places and got soft as the afternoon sun shown but still zero post holing. |
