| Dog-Related Notes: |
My dog had a blast! As we came upon others, I called out each time — from a distance — to ask if they’d prefer I leash him, and everyone declined. (Then again, he’s a polite hiker who doesn’t jump on people.) |
|
| Bugs: |
None until the final stretch of the descent. It was after 3pm by then and a very warm day, and black flies were starting to come out. No biting, just flying around. |
|
| Lost and Found: |
Found a Velcro strap. Not sure what it’s for…maybe someone’s microspike? Left on trailhead sign. |
