Due to a scheduling conflict between the AMC-NH Chapter Spring School and a training session for AMC staff we utilized both the driveway to the garage and the grassy area in front of the solar array. Day hikers still parked further along Shem Valley Road. The Alexandria Highway Department paved most of Mt. Cardigan Road on Friday, temporarily closing it. |

There were a few items at the lodge once everyone had cleared out. See the lodge manager. |

The APT, opened in September 2023, is an out-and-back, universally accessible trail about 150yd up the Holt-Manning Trail at Cardigan Lodge. It saw significant damage following winter runoff and spring downpours. A group of 10 resurfaced several places where surface materials had been washed away and added culverts, berms, and ditching to avoid future damage. Minor debris is gone. Blowdowns were cleared previously.
