Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There's one small stepover blowdown across the trail on the lower side of Dickey. It looks like someone already cleared a little bit of it, but a piece still remains across the trail. There's also one blowdown on the way up to Welch that I remember, but I can't recall exactly where on the trail - it was definitely before the first lookout.

Bugs: A few buzzing around towards the end of the hike, but nothing annoying.

Comments
Comments: Completely snow-free trail. Some mud in spots. The rock slabs were wet in areas, and I almost had a season-ending spill because of them. Just use caution and wear boots with good traction. Trails are all well marked with what looks like some fresh paint.

Nice chatting with the USFS folks at the trailhead this morning.
