| Comments: |
A great morning for hiking, temps around 60 and a mix of clouds and sun with no wind. Hung out on the summit for an hour with no shirt on and only saw one lone hiker on the way down. The monorail starts about 0.7 miles from the summit and is rapidly melting and water is running down the rocky trail. Sharp spikes and poles came in handy for the last steep icy part. |
