Comments
Comments: Good day to be out. The rain held off for most of the day. Trails were quite dry surprisingly. I had the goal of finishing off my redlining of Monadnock today. Had to hit a few paths to complete it. Started up White Dot to the Ski Path trail. White Dot was in good shape was dry. Ski Path was realitivily dry with a little bit bit of it rock .1 from the junction of Red Spot. Red Spot had some wet slippery rock and mud all easily manageable. Water crossings were flowing and easy to hop over. Birchcroft is in good shape as well. Except for one sketchy blowdown that is right after the junction with XC 22 trail. It is easy to go under but it is barely resting a its stump and could break lose at any time. Hinkley from Birchcroft to Harling trail had quite a few small blowdowns and branches along the trail all easy to step over or get around. Harling had a couple branches across the trail as well nothing to bad. Both trails were relatively dry with sporadic wet rock and spots.
