Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Welton Falls Rd beyond Cream Hill Road turn is a little bumpy but fine for good 4WD. Drove to trailhead on Welton Falls Road - parked near logging gate (not blocking). Wouldn't take the prius this far but was great in Jeep. A few really bumpy sections to Welton Falls Rd (past Cream Hill Road Junction).

Water Crossing Notes: The main-crossing on Lower Manning got feet wet a bit. Grabbed a walking stick by side of trail for extra support. 2 primary water crossings on Back 80 Loop - both rock-hoppable but slippery moss underfoot

Comments
Comments: Always looking for an excuse to visit the falls. Absolutely noone around. Super pretty - water flowing good! LOVE the mossy canyon walls.

On Back 80, we just wanted to check out the water crossings and enjoy these lightly-used trails. Always a pleasure. Turned around at first (ski trail) junction, about .75mi from Welton Falls Rd.
