Comments
Comments: This is now a 14+ mile hike due to the washout. What I didn’t plan on was upper 80 temperatures and little to no wind. I drank a liter of water before I started and used all of the water in my 3 L hydration bladder. I did stop at the stream crossing on the way back and filtered another liter just in case I ran out of what I was carrying.

There is some ice and remnants of monorail between the ridge and the summit, but it can be avoided. With these temperatures, it should be gone in a couple days. Carried traction, but didn’t use it.
