Did a big rock hop pole vault over the river where Mt. Eisenhower trail crosses. All other stream crossings were very low. Jumped in the river to cool off towards the end of the day. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Erosion on DRT aside, there are a few trees to duck under, a couple to step around on ITW, and a few on MET (1 cut per tree would do). MET could use a general raking and widening near the top but was passable. |

| Comments: |
At first I was just going to run up Isolation but needed Monroe too for May, so made it a 22 mile loop from 9:00 - 4:45. There were several cars at the trailhead but I only saw a couple people on my way up to Davis path. Lots of folks up high today and a large crowd and some kind of race at LOC hut. I was yelled at for going off trail (on rocks) The alpine flowers were blooming but I promise I didn’t step on any. |
